If you folks are anything like me, you've been playing computer games virtually all your life. My first computer was a Sinclair Spectrum 48k (not a rubber keyed one, unfortunately) and I spent RIDICULOUS amounts of time playing on it as a kid.
Eventually I ended up with a PC as I started university (by way of an Amiga 500) and I still game today.
Have games got better? are older games better? contact me and let me know what you think...
I wrote this weblog app in php/mysql so I could put something online to show folks I could do it but I don't think I ever thought about what I would write.
All of a sudden I feel pressure to actually say something in these short paragraphs. I suppose that's one of the beauties of the web - it gives people a forum for easy and free expression (even if they do choose to talk utter noodles most of the time).
We're lucky people, don't let the man take this gift away from you. Internet free speech forever.

At the moment, I'm pretty much obsessed with H.P. Lovecraft and other Cthulu Mythos writings.
They're ace - all spooky and full of weird stuff.
Not sure I'm a big fan of the Call of Cthulu roleplaying game, although I've not played it yet. As a source book, it seems to leave a fair bit to be desired....
Oh well...
So here it is, the New Design. Wow, you say, it's a bit blue. And black. Well, yes it is and I like it. The idea was to continue the deconstructed feel of djimm.co.uk and to make it look as unlike a conventional website as possible. Why's that? you ask - because it's my site and I'm supposed to be showcasing my skills so I wanted to make it as "out there" as possible while still have a website that was easy to use.
Also, I love blue.
Pretty full on non-corporate, huh? Well, I do that stuff all the time so the change was fun.
God bless Adobe for the wonder of Photoshop.
Hope you like it kids, it'll be a fair while till another redesign....
Unless enough of you mail me to tell me it sucks....
*blip*
Yet again I have to take to the net to overcome the inadequacies of the WROX Beginning PHP4 book. I don't mind a few errors but getting the session stuff COMPLETELY wrong is total boolax. I feel like writing and complaining...
Just out of interest, lets see how a link looks - everybody go check out djimm.co.uk because it's great!
Borag Thung, earthlets!
